These slides originated from my graduate course on brain imaging at Western University. They are intended to provide
1. An introduction to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), with an emphasis on design and analysis, for students who are new to the field.
2. A reference for experienced users (particularly the brain anatomy sections).
Tutorials 1 and 2 were updated Sept. 28, 2017. Other tutorials were updated on July 27, 2017. Many new slides were added in the MVPA lecture.
12: Brain Areas and Topography
13: Cortical Sulci
Supplementary: How to Lie with fMRI Statistics
Supplementary: Problems with Cluster Corrections for Multiple Comparisons
Supplementary: Independent Component Analysis
